1. Parties

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Mega Apps Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States (the "Company", "we", "us"), and you, the person visiting this website or using one of our apps ("you"). 2. Scope

These Terms govern your use of megaappsventures.com and act as the umbrella terms for the apps the Company publishes, for the memberships sold in them and for the payments made to the Company.

Each app may have its own terms, which you accept when you create an account in it. Where an app's terms and these Terms differ for that app, the app's terms prevail, including their governing-law clause. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and in each app's privacy policy.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are created inside each app. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least the minimum age the app sets (MyFinances360: 18 years). Our services are not directed to children under 13.
• An account is personal: one person per account. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for the activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or an app's terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or whose payment is disputed or charged back (in which case the membership paid with that payment ends).

4. Memberships, payments and renewals

Prices. The price, the currency (US dollars unless stated otherwise), the billing period and whether taxes are included are shown before you confirm a purchase. Promotions, coupons and founders offers apply as stated at the time of purchase; free trials apply as each app states.

Web purchases. Payments in the web version of an app are processed by Stripe and charged by Mega Apps Ventures, LLC. Your card statement shows the app's name (for example MYFINANCES360).

Store purchases. Purchases inside our iOS and Android apps are billed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Google Play charges show MEGA APPS.

Automatic renewal. A membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel it. If we change a price, we notify you in advance; a change never affects periods already paid.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Web memberships: through the subscription-management option offered in the app, or by writing to support@megaappsventures.com. Store memberships: in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. After cancelling, the membership stays active until the end of the period already paid, and it is not renewed.

Refunds. Paid periods are non-refundable unless the law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Refunds of store purchases are decided by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our apps for unlawful purposes; not to attempt to access other users' data or accounts; not to overload, attack or interfere with our infrastructure; not to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy our apps except as the law expressly allows; and not to resell or share access to a service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

This website, our apps, their code and design, and our names and logos ("Mega Apps Ventures", the app names and their marks) are owned by the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the apps and this website in accordance with these Terms. The data, images and documents you record in an app remain yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them only for the purpose of providing the service to you, as the app's terms and privacy policy describe.

7. Disclaimers

This website and our apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and we may modify, add or remove features. Nothing produced by our apps constitutes financial, accounting, tax, legal or medical advice; apps that touch such matters carry their own disclaimers. Consult a professional for decisions of that nature.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your place of residence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold the Company harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services and delete your app accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or an app's terms, with prior notice except in cases of serious abuse. After termination, your data is handled as the app's privacy policy describes; sections 6 to 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute under them is submitted to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. This does not apply where an app's own terms choose a different law or forum for that app (section 2), and it does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law, or of the courts, of your place of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version, with its effective date, is published on this page. If a change is material for paying users, we announce it in advance in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
